{"id":4005,"date":"2026-01-26T10:27:59","date_gmt":"2026-01-26T09:27:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/galmallorca.org\/?p=4005"},"modified":"2026-01-26T10:40:59","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T09:40:59","slug":"the-initiative-to-create-the-association-women-of-the-sea-of-mallorca-winner-of-the-blue-ecosystem-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/galmallorca.org\/en\/the-initiative-to-create-the-association-women-of-the-sea-of-mallorca-winner-of-the-blue-ecosystem-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"The project &#8216;Women of the Sea of Mallorca&#8217;, awarded by the Blue Ecosystem Programme"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-83f50212da4870556d6f197bb9a652c8\"><strong>The GALP Mallorca initiative has been recognised for its impact on the fisheries sector and will represent the Balearic Islands at the Blue Ecomatch in Marseille.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The proposal submitted by GALP Mallorca to promote the creation of the Association of Women of the Sea of Mallorca has been selected as one of the two winning solutions within the support programme of the INTERREG EURO MED Blue Ecosystem project<\/strong>, following the final presentation that took place on January 14th at ParcBit, in Palma.<\/p>\n\n<p>The programme has brought together four Blue Economy initiatives that have been accelerated throughout December with the aim of strengthening their impact, viability and strategic alignment with RIS3 Balears and the 30-50 Energy Agenda.
